Kids act out "The Hills". Not funny because nothing highly inapropriate is being said.
But kinda priceless that Audrina keeps looking at the ceiling...

Necessary cuteness
Einstein is the world's smallest baby horse. He's only 6 pounds and 14 inches tall. Pretty sure I had My Little Ponies bigger than that.
Seriously, you cannot be in a bad mood after watching that.

I know I rarely write about legitimate restaurants, but Cabrito has a bar, a really fun atmosphere, and stocks more varieties of tequila than my liver can even handle reading about. So it qualifies as a bar for this blog fo-sho. Plus I'm not much of a foodie, so what I really want to spotlight is the social atmosphere of Cabrito which is festive and kick ass. A group of girlfriends and I recently visited this Mexican restaurant for their Monday movie night special which is probs one of the best deals in Manhattan: $25 buys all you can drink Dos Equis beer, all you can eat tacos, and the viewing of a "classic" movie. (Def go for the special, Cabrito's regular menu is a bit pricey for Mexican, though I'm sure tasty). At Cabrito they're thankfully not partaking in film snobbery, we spent an enjoyable evening watching The Sandlot while making friends with other customers (by yelling across the bar), playing drinking games related to the movie and stuffing our face with tacos. Cabrito offers 7 varieties of gourmet tacos with the special, and my favorites were the Ensenada-style Fish, Al Pastor (pork with a pineapple flavoring), and Tinga de Pollo (chicken). Feeling adventurous? Try the Lengua y Tomatillo taco. That's a tongue-taco for the espaƱol challenged, although maybe I shouldn't have told you... To top it all off, there's a large pink goat over the entrance. What could be more fun than that?

How to succeed? Show the peen!

Without this previous notoriety on Broadway, I would find it very surprising that Radcliffe was cast as Finch. I love How to Succeed and will absolutely make a point of seeing the new production, but I don't know how high my expectations are. Radcliffe is a great dramatic actor, but can he be funny and more importantly can he sing? Finch is a legitimate role, demanding vocally and physically, and I can't help but question whether young Radcliffe is ready.

Zac Attack!

I'm not much of a night person so I didn't run to the store when doors opened, and I don't think I'll be hitting it up today either. The prices are great for the everyday woman who wants some Posen in her life ($79.99 for this fluffy red number), but aside from this dress I'm not impressed with the collection as a whole. The prints in mostly reds and pinks are fun but not chic, and the gold metallic dress and swimsuits border on tacky. The black dresses, jacket and pants are nice, but hardly standout pieces. This collection is missing the chic drama that Posen usually brings, and in my opinion doesn't have the same "must have" factor as many of Target's previous designer lines.

Real Housewife reveals her "Secrets" at party in LES

The setting of a red carpet event in a fabric store was slightly cramped and awkward, but somewhat made sense given the family values of the book (not to mention the dollars saved on a venue fee). Another nice touch were the Jill, Gloria, and Lisa themed specialty cocktails with X Rated liquor, but I stuck with the personal bottles of Pop Champagne drank through a straw which obvi makes it very classy. I got a short preview of the book when meeting Jill at work a month ago and loved the familiar, direct, heartwarming voice and sage advice. Secrets of a Jewish Mother is released tomorrow and I can't wait to read the whole thing. Mazel, Jill!
